Developing young athletes.

What is "ACE"?

As practitioners and preferred physiotherapists for the Brisbane South Wildcats netball team, we know that young athletes are prone to injury. We believe that injury education and preventative strengthening and conditioning are key to developing sustainable athletic careers.

ACE kickstarted in 2020 through our first eight-week athletic development program. This program was a great success with young athletes looking to improve their physical strength and fitness and prevent injuries in their upcoming sporting seasons.

ACE now runs express clinics and an in-house athletic development program for local school-based basketball, netball, rugby and soccer teams. We are continuing our eight-week conditioning programs throughout 2021.
